Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Certain items (e.g., earrings) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Contact support with your order number and reason. Approved returns must be shipped back using a trackable service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Report damaged/incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting policy conditions.
